Granada (S01E08)

Ainsley Harriott's gastronomic journey takes him to Granada in southern Spain, where he discovers the renowned Alhambra Palace. He immerses himself in a flamenco dance lesson and explores the caves of Sacromonte, where he attends a cooking school to master the art of preparing traditional tortilla and fried aubergines. Alongside his guide Katia, Ainsley indulges in rich Spanish hot chocolate infused with orange and tastes the local specialty, piononos. Throughout his adventure, he also whips up dishes like chicken with saffron potatoes and a classic seafood paella.
