Seasons (S01E08)

Raymond passionately discusses the joys of seasonal produce from his gardens and highlights the importance of embracing it. In his kitchen in Oxfordshire, he prepares pan-fried salmon served with a delicious spinach and chive butter sauce. Later, he takes a stroll through the woods to create a fricassee featuring wild mushrooms. His good friend, Jean-Christophe Novelli, drops by to surprise him with a decadent Tarte Tatin, featuring baked apples drizzled in caramel.
