Lizzie's dream nearly materializes when she's assigned to partner with Ethan Craft in a CPR class, but his cluelessness leads the instructor to pick Tudgeman for the mouth-to-mouth demonstration instead. Meanwhile, Lizzie, Gordo, and Miranda discover they are among the few students who haven't seen the hit movie Vesuvius: The Eruption, which has an R rating. Eager to watch it, they devise a plan to tell their parents they're going miniature golfing. Although Lizzie feels guilty about lying, she manages to carry it off. However, once at the theater, they struggle to get in and ultimately sneak through the crowd exiting a previous screening, only to encounter a man in distress at the concession stand.
